COVID-19 Waiver for PRS Festival

As Puerto Rock Steady Festival (PRS Festival) takes utmost care to ensure the safety of our visitors, artists, and staff in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we kindly ask all attendees to acknowledge and accept the following waiver:

Health and Safety Compliance

  • Compliance with Protocols: By purchasing tickets and attending PRS Festival events, I pledge to fully comply with all health and safety protocols established by PRS Festival in accordance with relevant federal, state, and local guidelines.

  • Acknowledgment of Inherent Risk: I acknowledge that PRS Festival cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 or other contagious diseases while attending PRS Festival events. I understand that attending such events carries inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume these risks.

  • Assumption of Consequences: I accept the risk of potential exposure to, contraction of, or transmission of COVID-19 or other contagious diseases, along with all associated consequences. I hereby acknowledge that, by accepting this waiver, I am relinquishing my right to pursue any claims, including claims of negligence, against PRS Festival or its affiliates.

  • Adherence to Safety Measures: I understand that admission to PRS Festival events is contingent upon my strict adherence to all health and safety protocols. Failure to comply with these protocols may result in my removal from the event premises.

  • Respectful Conduct: I recognize the importance of maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all attendees, artists, and staff. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner while attending PRS Festival events. PRS Festival reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in unacceptable or inappropriate behavior.

  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood this COVID-19 waiver, and I voluntarily accept its terms and conditions. My participation in PRS Festival events signifies my commitment to adhering to health and safety guidelines and my understanding of the inherent risks associated with attending public events during the COVID-19 pandemic.
